What Information and Why Do We Collect?

  1. For each player downloading our Apps, we collect their GooglePlay ID or iOS account details , etc. that is essential for the download, as well as for identification and providing the usability of our Apps on multiple devices. The ID is stored as long as the App is active on your device.


  1. In some Apps, we may collect your email in order to send you free content related to the respective App or new and product information. Submitting your email is always voluntary and we do not you it for purposes other that the above detailed ones, nor do we share your data with third parties. Your email will be stored in our database until you unsubscribe. We provide an Unsubscribe link in each email we send you or you can contact us any time in email to unsubscribe.


  1. We may also collect personal information if you provide it in feedback or comments, post it on our forum, or if you contact us directly. Please do not post any personal information in these platforms that you expect to keep private. When you leave a comment your IP address is recorded in our database. This can help us combat SPAM and prevent abuse.

The Apps are not targeted to children under the age of 13, although the Apps were developed in order to create an enjoyable experience for all users, including children under the age of 13.

We take utmost care to apply the correct PEGI age groups when uploading our Apps to the GooglePlay or IOS Stores, in order to let our users know if the respective App contains information that might not be suitable for given age groups. Most of our Apps are PEGI 3 rated which means they are suitable for all ages.
Then, granting access to the Apps is the responsibility of GooglePlay or the IOS Stores, based on the PEGI age group and their information about the user. We only collect the GooglePlay or IOS account of the users without information about their age.

How can parents access, change or delete personally identifiable information about their children?
At any time, a parent can contact us at to access, change or delete the personal information that we have collected from his or her child by contacting us using the details at the end of this policy. Please include the child-member’s GooglePlay or IOS account in the e-mail so that we can better assist you with your inquiry or request. 


Steps Taken to Safeguard Personal Data

Privacy and security are key considerations in the creation and provision of our Apps. We have assigned specific responsibilities to address privacy and security related matters. We enforce our internal policies and guidelines through an appropriate selection of activities, including proactive and reactive risk management, security and privacy engineering, training and assessments. Everybody may use the Apps exclusively at his own liability. CODIUM WORLD does not undertake liability for the losses, damage with direct or incidental consequences that originate from the occurrently false or misleading content published on its pages, as well as the existence, usage, unusable status, inappropriate operation, malfunction, pause – even if not announced in advance – related to the whole or the part of, as well as complete stop of the Apps, the deletion of the contents of our website, as well as occurring from line or system error, computer virus with which it is occurently infected, or unauthorized modification of the data by anyone, as well as destruction thereof.
